Kathy Evon Phillips, 42, of Chickamauga, died Tuesday, January 21, 2020, in Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her daughter, Kristin Phillips, Fort Oglethorpe.; son, Dakota Phillips, Rising Fawn; mother, Margaret Louise Raines; sisters, Tena McDaniel of Trenton and Jessica Raines of Chickamauga; brother, Robert Raines, Lookout Valley, Tenn.; nieces, Shellie Raines, Britney Raines and Breana Schupska; nephews, Ashton, Austin and Corey Raines; and several cousins.
Memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Friday, January 24, in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Lonnie Denney officiating.
Family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Kidney Association.
