Carlton Lee “Sonny” Pittman, 86, of Trenton, died Saturday evening, February 8, 2020. He was a graduate of Dade County High School and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Sonny was a member of Trenton First Baptist Church, Trenton Masonic Lodge #179 F&AM, Scottish Rite, and Alhambra Shrine of Chattanooga. He was a self-employed truck driver and was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Margaret Louise Clark Pittman.
Survivors include his two sons Skip (Rose) Pittman of Bryant, Ala., and Andy (Karen) Pittman of Trenton; grandchildren, A.J. Pittman and Jennifer (Matthew) McKelvey; great-grandchildren Norah, Rhett and Amellia Pittman, Eden Rose, Avery Kate Ridge and Matthew McKelvey.

A celebration of life for Mr. Pittman will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, in the chapel with Skip Pittman officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, Trenton.
