Kenney L. Saylor Jr., 63, of Higdon, Ala., aka “The Tattoo Man,” died today, Thursday, March 12, 2020, at his residence. Kenney was of the Baptist faith and retired from Rock City Gardens following 30 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenney L. Sr. and Annie Belle Tinker Saylor.
Survivors include his wife, Geneva Anne Thomas Saylor; sons, Charles (Amy) Saylor of Bryant, Ala., and Steve (Kami) Saylor of Higdon; sister, Pat Ellis; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
