Nancy Dianne Sutton, 69, of Chattanoga, died today, Thursday, March 12, 2020. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother great-grandmother and sister. Nancy was a member of Shelter Church, East Brainerd.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gayle and Etta Parrish Scruggs; brothers Frank Scruggs and Charles Scruggs; and sisters Betty Jean Biddle and Juanita Blankenship.
Survivors include her husband, Hugh Sutton; sons Danny (Nanette) Powell, David (Starlet) Powell and Jamie (Stephanie) Powell; 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; sister Eloise Gutshall; brother Larry (Ginger) Scruggs; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. EDT Saturday, March 14, in the Trenton chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Sterling Jetton officiating. Burial will follow in Hawkins Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday 4-8:00 p.m. EDT and Saturday noon-2 p.m. EDT.
