The family would like to thank Jennifer Nunley, Sherry Smith and their extended family for the love and care they provided for our Dad. You made him feel loved and safe as you cared for his physical and emotional well-being. For that we will be forever grateful.

Brooks Gist was a quiet and gentle man and was loved and respected by many people. His children are blessed and proud to call him Dad. His grandchildren are honored to call him Papaw.

To quote Brooks favorite song that others enjoyed hearing him sing:

"Beulah Land I am longing for you

Some Sweet Day on Thee I will stand

Where my home is Eternal

Beulah Land Sweet Beulah Land."
