Paulette Yvonne Cannon Emerson, 68, of Flat Rock, AL, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020.Paulette was of the Baptist faith and had spent most of her life as a housewife. S

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne & Adah Jane Brown Cannon, brothers, Jackie, Hank, Joe, & Raymond Cannon, sisters, Linda Ann Cannon, Peggy Hadley, & Sarah Ruth Silison.

Survivors include her husband, M.C. Emerson; children, Karen Ann Rimas, Pisgah, TN, Michael (Buffy) Rimas, Bryant, AL, Mark (Andrea) Rimas, Trenton, GA, , Pisgah, AL; step-sons, Ed (Bridgett) Emerson, Chattanooga, TN, Mike (Crystal) Emerson, Ider, AL, & Chuck (Candice) Emerson, Flat Rock, AL; brothers, Kenneth (Nancy) Cannon, Trenton, GA, & Johnny Cannon, Henagar, AL; sisters, Karen (Dennis) Forshee, Trenton, GA, & Vicky York, Flat Rock, AL; grandchildren, Courtney (Charles) Pagan-Watson, several other grand & great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ryan Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Talley officiating.
