Kenneth “Bo” Martin Hartline, 65, of Head River, died Tuesday, June 16, 2020. He was a faithful member of New Salem Baptist Church and greeted everyone by name, with a smile and a hug.
Bo’s life was spent on the family farm that he loved. He was happiest showing folks his farm animals and dogs and the garden the family grew. You never left his home without Bo offering to give you something. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Luther Martin Hartline, and brother Boyd Hartline.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Wanda L. Hartline; sister Loretta (Larry) Roper; brother Dennis (Janet) Hartline; sister-in-law Teresa Hartline; nieces Lori (Jason) Simmons and Heather (Stephen) Simmons; nephew B.J. (Missy) Hartline; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 18, at New Salem Baptist Church with Brother Jim Hixon officiating. Burial will follow in Little River Cemetery, Mentone, Ala.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 17, from 5-8 [.m. EDT and at New Salem Baptist Church on Thursday from 10-11 a.m. EDT.
