Mary Mucher


Mary Mucher died Wednesday, June 24, 2020, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

She was born in Hornell, N.Y., on February 19, 1939, and was married for 62 wonderful years to her childhood sweetheart, Peter. Their unconditional love for each other has been an inspiration to all who have had the opportunity to cross paths with them. Together they have spent the past 40 years in full-time Christian service, both in the United States and in Ukraine. She was the youngest of five children born to LeRoy and Orisa Reynolds, all of whom She was the youngest of five children born to LeRoy and Orisa Reynolds, all of whom were waiting to greet her as she entered heaven’s gates.

Along with her husband Peter, she is survived by their three children, Jon (Beth) Mucher, Katrina (Tony) Floyd and Stephen (Kathy) Mucher; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

If you were privileged to know Mary before this disease, you would have know of her love for her Savior, her family, and for the people of Ukraine. For this reason, in lieu of flowers, we are requesting donations be made to Beacon World Missions, P.O. Box 97, Trenton, GA 30752, designated in memory of Mary Mucher.
